The reasons I chose your agency over others was for two main reason. You run a small business (let’s call it boutique), this means I am not a number and my property is not just another on a long list. It means personal service and quick responses when there are problems. You invest personally and that makes a big difference to the level of service. You are a person who I regarded as ethical and yet caring. This mix meant you would find the best tenant, one who will pay but you would also consider them as people and not just tenants.

I would say that your professionalism sets you apart. The snag list was done in great detail-far more comprehensive, more photos etc. than the previous agents we used. Both owner and renter know exactly where they stand. Your communication where issues crop up is excellent , again miles better than the so called large agents.
